Soho Revue

The refurbishment and extension of an 18th Century Grade II-listed property to provide artist studios with amenities and gallery/exhibition space. The building is located within the Soho conservation area. The Georgian façade has been sympathetically restored, retaining its original features, highlighting the elaborate history of Greek Street. To the rear, there are views over ‘Paraiso’ – a stainless steel bust set against a living green wall in the courtyard below. The original Grade II listed staircase was restored as part of the works and the project features new additions including a bespoke 'infinity' photography studio wall.

ACE were appointed for completion of Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration duties on the project.
