The refurbishment and re-cladding of a 1960's office building on Manette Street, Soho.
The scheme transforms the appearance of the building through using high quality materials and draws on the historic context and architecture of the adjacent Chapel of St Barnabas. The proposal includes a new rooftop garden with views across the rooftops of Soho.
Cocktail bar Three Sheets will be occupying the ground floor, opening March 2024. With MITMARK occupying the upper floors.
ACE are appointed for Cost Management services on the project.
